Virtually mint state and in its original case of issue (catch on case missing as per photo) but lacking its original lapel rosettes.
The Order of the Brilliant Star was instituted in February 1941 as an award for individuals who have made outstanding contributions to national and societal development, and can be awarded to both domestic and foreign nationals. It comes in nine grades.
